About
Hi! My name is Ayesha Iqbal and I am an artist, illustrator, and attorney in the making. Currently pursuing a J.D. with a concentration in national security law, I approach both art and advocacy with the belief that creativity is a powerful form of expression, resistance, and preservation.
My work often explores the elegance and depth of Arabic calligraphy, reimagining it through bold shapes, color, and contemporary ceramic forms. Whether through ink or clay, I aim to highlight the visual richness of the script and its connection to language, identity, and memory.
I believe art is more than aesthetic- it is a way to hold on to culture, to tell stories across generations, and to create beauty in uncertain times. Thank you for joining me in this space, where tradition and imagination meet.
